Hi, I had a request for a phone number las week on 13 August 2019, but I have not received anything yet.
Would you help me when does it reach ?

Do you mean you activated a new sim card and chose a number? Otherwise it's impossible to ask for a number.7

If you received a notification saying that the sim card was delivered, it means that the delivery company sticked the envelope on the front door of your building because they don't have access to enter. If you didn't go to get your sim card, someone might have stolen it.
Now you have to order a new sim card. When you receive a notification that it was delivered, you have to go get your card asap. You will be reimbursed for the first sim after you activate your second sim.5 -
If you need a referral code to be used when you will activate your plan and get 25$ after your second payment, this is mine K61CD, to be used when the total with the taxes is shown.
