I have made the payment and received confirmation from Fizz + the charge appears on my bank statement. Yet, my account is frozen. This is my first monthly renewal with Fizz I don't understand...

I have tried but no chat bubble is available. I have also sent a message via messenger but nothing no reply yet either. :(
