Can someone help me with Hotspot problem on my Android?

After I switched to Fizz I can't use Hotspot on my Android phone to share internet. My computer is connected to my phone but I don't get an internet connection.

    This happened to me and I just reset the APN configuration on the phone, waited for few minutes and restarted. Resending the network parameters didn't work for me so I followed the manual steps.

    Fizz APN settings are:

    • APN: mobile.bm
    • MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    • MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    • MMS port: 80 APN type: default,mms,supl

    Did you check the apn configuration?
