Do you have a steady blue light on the second and third light? If you don't have a blue steady light means something wrong with your internet connection, you need to contact Fizz. If you have both blue lights but no internet then maybe something wrong with the connection to your PC, a setting of your PC maybe. Try modem's wifi.

Restart ,Reset, cables...done.
Still no internet.

The router is working but i have no access to the internet.

Had samething last week, did reset and restart many times, still same, but fixed by itself after half day, fizz’s problem

If you did not change the DNS you should contact the support
