Hi Sandra,

Here are the instructions to reset your pin. By the way You should edit your post and remove your phone number from it.

Modifiy your access code (PIN) to access your voicemail online, directly from your Fizz account.
(Under: My plans > Manage my plan > Advanced parameters > PIN to access my voicemail)
IMPORTANT: Unsafe sequences will be refused (for example : 1234, 8888, etc.).
