its said I have add the maximum credit card limit by account? i dont even have any add

Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Also please try with a different browser or log out from your account, clear your browser cache memory and cookies and then try in incognito mode. Make sure that you add the exact Visa/MasterCard details and the card's address and name are the same as the one used for billing/service address with Fizz and the account's name.
