Why cant i redeem my perks, everytime i try it says error please try again later. I tired everyday for 5 days?

Hi, lately (5 days ago) i saw that i had data perks of 1gb. I tried to redeem them but theres always a notification with error please try again later that pops on top. I tried every day after that day and i also tried changing the browser but same result. I need help

You can try using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

Clearing cache, deleting cookies and using incognito mode may also help.

 

Note that once each perk is activated, you have until the end of your bill cycle to use it.

"If you have unused data that comes from a Perk, that data won't be rolled over to the next month when your payment cycle ends. Only unused data that was part of your plan will be transferred."

You’ll have 90 days following the reception of these perks to claim each one of them.

But in a nutshell:
  1. Log into your Fizz account.
  2. On the Overview page, scroll down to the My Rewards Program tile, and click on See details.
  3. Your Fizz perks can be found on the My Perks tab at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to apply one to your plan.
