Samsung Galaxy S4 no data outside home area?
Options
I have Galaxy S4 and a canadian voice and data plan in Montreal, QC.
Everything works, including LTE.
In Ontario, I have to connect manualy to one of 3-4 FIZZ EXT networks found, but eventually voice calls work, indicating roaming.
Never succeeded, however, to connect to mobile data network.
What may be wrong?.

You can check the map to see the coverage area in Ontario with the Canada plan. There's a note below the map that says: The coverage zones are approximate and actual coverage can vary. Diverse factors can have an influence on cell phone reception. Certain services or functions can be either not offered or constrained.
