My old card was canceled at the bank so I attempted to put a new payment method with my credit card. but for some reason its refusing to go through. every time I input the information it says you have reached maximum cards allowed on the account . which makes no sense to me because ever since I've gotten my services I've only used ONE card !
Fizz support need to reset the limit for your account.

You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
They also recommend you to delete your cookies or use a different browser. Also you will need to check again all the info of your credit card. The billing address needs to match exactly the one you have declared at your bank.
