Did you travel-add on expire before 1 month ?

My tavel add on still had data left on it to be used, however, I see that it is isn't enabled and this it has been less than 1 month.
Of course I can't get hold of anyone at Fizz today.
Very frustrating that these things are happening when you need what you have paid for.
I've confirmed I still had data left on the add on, and that it has been less than a month - but today the add on isn't showing as enabled anymore.

(Note - voice mail still not working after a month, even though fizz says they would fix it... )

Here what fizz say about it:

Travel addons is a one-time package that takes effect immediately and lasts until the end of your next payment cycle.

Therefore, for me is more than a month

I've contacted them - they need someone else to fix... so no idea when / if the'll fix it.
