Apple Visual Voicemail menu showing up on iPhone?

Hello. I ported my wife's iPhone last week, from Rogers to Fizz. The process went great and everything works, except one thing... The "Voicemail" icon in the "Phone" app shows the Apple Visual Voicemail screen, not the regular voicemail screen. Tried restarting the phone, but did not work. iOS is latest version. Anybody have any ideas?

    @ irene, yes I know it is not supported yet. But her iPhone shows the Apple Visual Voicemail screen, not the regular voicemail screen. Need to know how to bring it back.
