Receiving MMS on iPhone

Ever since switching to fizz I have not been able to receive MMS on my iPhone - sending works just fine. I have a data plan and all of the other data functions work just fine. I tested with another phone (Android) and it is working there so it's not an account problem. I just can't figure out how to to fix the iPhone. I have followed the help articles to update the phone but I never get the prompt to update the carrier settings. Could anyone assist with this? Thanks!

Are you using a VPN? If you are, turn that off first. You can try turning off your wifi so that you are connected to the data network. The phone is looking for so if you are using a special DNS resolver, VPN, or on WiFi, it may cause problems.
