Cannot finish my activation for fizz card? Cannot transfer my number to fizz?

I have already started to use my fizz sim card since a few weeks ago, but it keeps saying that I need to finish my activation, when I click on the link Fizz sent to me, it directed me to the start of the activation, and it keeps showing that my activation code has already been associated to a member. I just cannot successfully finish my activation.
Also, I received an email about problem with transferring my phone number to Fizz and I need to choose a new number, again, when I click on the link Fizz sent to me, it just did not work! And now I am about to lose my plan and my phone number, I don't know what to do! Can anyone tell me who I should contact with, and I cannot find the chat bubble to contact Fizz.

For the transfering contact the support.

For the email, probably you try to create a plan after your activation. This is not important.

To chat with the support, make sure that:
