My plan is not working?

The month billing of my plan is the 6th of each month. Yesterday, I added unlimited phone calls to my plan (5th April) expecting it would be added today the (6th April) to my plan. My phone calls aren't working even if I added it to the plan...

Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.
