Can't see data usage and can't use bonus?

Hi,

When I click on "see data usage", I get an infinite loading animation.

I get the following errors in the javascript console (see attachment)

Also, I can't use my free bonus of 250 mb. Nothing happens after I select the upgrade and press "apply"

The bonus gonna be actif only in the next month they are not effectif right away. If you use your bonus they gonna be only the next billing cycle.

I occasionally have issues when trying to load the "see data usage" page in Google Chrome as well. A quick solution I found is to use another web browser like Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari.

 

Since you seem to know how to use the JavaScript console in Chrome, something that also works for me sometimes is to "Clear site data" and then log in to the Fizz dashboard again.
