Answered question

Roaming fees?

My dad travelled to Lebanon on Friday and I have bought a 5$ add on for 500 MB of data for him to use his phone there. However, when he switched it on, he got a warning saying he’d have to pay more fees? Can anyone explain if that is true and if he will be able to use his 500 MB? Do we have to pay anything more than the 5$ for the add on?

The message you are seeing is the standard message you see when turning on the roaming option on your phone and not a message coming from Fizz. And, as Irene wrote, this is a prepaid service and as long as you do not have money in your wallet, there will be no extra (or surprise) charges.

I believe that the message was something like that "You may incur significant charges", therefore, I will pretty confident.

In the meantime, fizz is a prepaid service in the worst case your fathter will use what he has in the wallet.
