I know all plans are unlimited usage but I was wondering if it’s normal that the usage is not shown in my account? It does say “Monthly Internet Usage”

To access your modem settings, type "192.168.0.1" in web browser.
Type in your modem login info.
You are presented with the "Overview" tab.
To see usage, click on "System Information" tab
On the right side column, you will see WAN and LAN info.
For the duration of "WAN Up Time"
- WAN Receiving = Bytes downloaded
- WAN Sending = Bytes uploaded

The Fizz modem/router does keep current statistics. Its show total data download/upload since last reboot.
