I don't have any data on my iPhone, however it supposed to have 1 G. I've just switch to Fizz.

Go to your account to check what you have in your plan.
Click on your plan and see if what you chose when you subscribed is actually what you get. If you selected 1 Gig of data but for some reason the system sets you up with no data, you need to contact Fizz by chat to fix it. If such a mistake happened, you won't get your 1 Gig until next payment cycle. If you did pay for 1 Gig, you can ask for 1 Gig Peck for this cycle.

If your calls and text are working well, make sure to set your APN as well.

If you are using a "unsupported" iPhone (iPhone 5 and older) here is an unofficial fix to get it working.
Other users have tried this on iPhone 4S, 5C and 5. All these devices worked flawlessly with this little fix!
