From reading this forum it appears the current procedure for non working SMS Shortcodes (2FA) is to report the non-working service to Fizz.

This is puplic forum for users which is not necessarily monitored by Fizz.
You need to conctact Fizz customer service directly by chat or Facebook to report the issue.0
