I added internet with fizz but it is not showing the internet subscription on my account, only mobile, is this normal?

I've been with fizz mobile for a few months now and recently decided to subscribe to their internet service. I went through each step and even entered my payment info, i received an email that setup at my apartment was the last step and then 1 week later received two separate emails to complete my subscription. My card has already been charged even, I don't want to "re subscribe" since ive already paid but the internet isnt showing on my account so im worried something still needs to be done. Anyone else have this problem?

If you already have it installed, you should be able to see it on your account.

Maybe a wrong / different email was used?

In any case, good idea to contact Fizz customer service.

Kind of strage because internet was shown in my account since I subscribed.I think it's a good idea to contact fizz before your installation.
