Where is my SIM card - it’s the second I have paid for but not been delivered

I have ordered and paid for 2 SIM cards but neither have been delivered even though the courier company advises they have. I have a well marked secure letterbox. Can I please have another sent to my work address without having to pay again.

Hello there,
There have been reports of stolen sim cards, and it's getting more and more frequent recently.
You should contact Fizz immediately to solve your issue. I hope you don't have to pay for a third one.

I think that the responsibility should be to the carrier or Fizz

There are several problems like this one, just because they use a cheap delivery company, why not use Canada Post? it takes one more day but you know its always in your letterbox...

On your account, under "My Profile", "Order history", click on Follow your shipment. You'll be redirect by the courrier web site (Mine was Planète Courrier") so you can communicate with them

Hey Adriana, this issue has been reported with Canada Post as well. I am surprised Fizz haven't said anything official about all these stolen sim cards that have been happening.

Similar thing happened to me. Make sure you contact Fizz (I did via chat) and they reimbursed me for the sim card that was not received.
