no confirmation email after sim card activation

I activated my sim card, but I didn´t receive any confirmation email. I can´t use the sim card.
My email is correct and I already checked the spam folder.
What should I do?

Have you received a notification in your Fizz account page?
If not, try to contact Fizz by chatting to them.

Half activation.i had same problem yesterday. Ask fizz and they did something and activated my sim.
