A real human to help me (anyone but Mike)

Can a real human from Fizz help me, Mike I don't need your suggestions, please stay away? The chat doesn't work, I don't have Facebook, all I want is my phone reactivated after reported lost. The contact form does not work.

There are only two options to contact Fizz. Either with the chat bubble, or by contacting them through facebook/twitter.

If you dont get the chat bubble, try using a private incognito window, or turn off ad block and allow popups.

Please open a help page to initiate chat ( exemple https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what... ).
You should see a bubble chat in the next 15 seconds at the bottom right .

To chat with Fizz, you can contact Fizz viahttps://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and the chat bubble will appear after a few seconds in the right corner at the bottom of the page. You must be logged in to your account to access the bubble.

Another option, if you cannot get the chat bubble to work at all, is to fill out an online form in your fizz account. It's under the "My Profile" section of your account.
