Why am i not receiving the email confirmation to my account?

I just registered on fizz and i saw a banner pops and says email confirmation will be sent to u but nothing yet what should i do ?

i doubt you will ever have your confirmation if example you mispelled your email like i did the first time aha other than that i can say this is not direct as it seem to take some time before the email is redirected to your box be patient:)1
