Is it okay that I cannot view my SERVICES AGREEMENT PDF files?

I am signed-up for both Mobile and Internet services.
I have a total of 3 Services Agreement PDF files listed under my account.

This first PDF looks fine:
- Mobile Services Agreement

However I cannot read or view these other 2 PDF files:
- Terms & Services (Mobile)
- Home Internet Services Agreement

I have tried with multiple browsers. The result is always an empty/blank pdf file OR message "Error:Failed to load PDF document."

 

Also the same PDF file that were emailed to me when I signed-up have the same error.

Hello, this is very weird because I just tried accessing my pdf files. I have a total of 3 Internet accounts and 1 mobile account and all service agreements pdf work fine. Make sure your adobe reader is up to date, or maybe try accessing those files on a different device. If that still doesn't work, please contact Fizz Support.

I had a problem with fizz's pages with an iPad, therefore, can be a browser incompatibility. Which browser are you using?

Did you try opening the 2nd or the 3rd PDF file FIRST.
It shouldn't be the case but perhaps you can open only one file at a time, whichever one you open first.

Try accessing them on private/incognito mode of a browser. If it still doesn't work, definitely contact Fizz. You should be able to see your contract agreements.

I can read my mobile plan agreement but not internet plan.

Problem is on Fizz server.

It is an issue on Fizz's side. They will fix it.
