Answered question
I have seen that as long as you don't change your plan, you will keep your price for your mobile plan.
However, I don't think I have seen this info for the internet plan.
Is it written somewhere or there is a possibility of a price increase for my Internet in the future even though I do not change my plan?
there is no price change if you change anything in your package the least (,) change it charges the full price, ex .: faster, change of address etc.

In the contract:

We may, at any time, amend your Agreement, including the price
and nature of the service provided. We must notify you of any
changes at
least 30 days before the effective date, by notice dealing only with
this subject. The notice must clearly and legibly indicate:
In general Internet price tends to go down over time if you look at Internet price history.
.
The only thing that goes up is the download speed and the amount of data
I am afraid that the price will increase when you change your current plan.
If so, Fizz will be disappointing everyone coming along from beta.
Fizz is the low cost company, is reducing the support and other costs, therefore, I will expect to be cheaper than Vidéotron
@MT
I know that, however, Videotron (Fizz' owners) does not have the best reputation in keeping prices as they are. On monthly bill, you always get a price increase every year except when you call and complain.
If you don't change your plan, your pricing will never increase !
There are many competitors out there. If the price goes up we can go somewhere else.
.
As consumers we should shop around at least once a year for our services ( cell phone, internet, home phone etc .. )
@MT
True.
However, my beta 60 mb/s unlimited for 35$ cannot be challenged by a competitor. If my price get increased to 40$, It is still worth it but it would be frustrating!
The Terms of Service is to protect all companies from any possible price adjustements. However, Fizz was very clear that they will not increase beta prices as long as you don't change your plan. If they do, there's going to be a huge backlash on the community. I'm pretty sure it won't happen.
Now the luckiest one are those who got the beta 40$ for 120M. I believe in time price will decrease. There are more and more competitors out there. Good for the consumers.
If anything, it has to go down to attract customers other than the beta testers
if you change your address you lose your prize too
If you don't change your plan, you should keep your price, but all companies are increasing their prices everywhere. I would be not surprise to see a price increase over the time. Unfortunately, we don't have a crystal ball... Only the time will tell.
Prices usually go up by a few dollars every two years, at least with Bell it does. But it will still be cheaper than the big competitors.
