i was recent change my plan, 2gb to 4gb in the page only, But I just can see 250Mb what happened?
Last month I couldn't use all the service. I was contracted 4gb and minutes limits. But I only got 2gb and calls. I was the same plan than the first. But this plane used to have 2gb, calls, message ilimitate. This month I think is going to be so same?

Your change will take effect only at the beginning of the next cycle.
You'll see those changes in your account at the next cycle4 -
All the change you make on you plan will take effect on the next payment cycle.
If you need additional data during the current cycle, use add-on menu and select what you need4 -
As other said, your new plan will take effect (and you will be billed the new amount) at the start of your next payment cycle. Also note that any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.
