You should contact Fizz by the chat bubble. I saw on the forum that other users has the a similar issue. You can go on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-...

On the account, I don't remember if it's under "my profile", "payment method" or "my plans", "manage" and "payment method", if you reach the maximum number of credit cards allowed, you can contact customer care to help you.

I think it's under "my profile". It's also there you can change the default paiment method if you have more than one card. It's not there when you don't have reach the limit, so I can't check. But I saw this link few days ago.

Otherwise, chat with customer care, they will fix for you.

Common problem, use Facebook messenger , or contact form in (my profile) and complain , attach your account info. Fizz will release the restriction in 24 hours.

Fredelyn:
I've used 3 different credit carsd on my account: one to order the sim card, one to subscribe, and one to pay for the monthly charges. I did not such as message. Now it depends on how many you've used. BTW, are using prepaid credit cards?
