You can contact Fizz if he will not show up at the end of the day.
What is best way to contact? Tried fb messenger, no reply...
And the chat never shows up...
I have no experience with chat but they will reply on Facebook after couple of hours.

You'll see a bubble chat at the right bottom in the next 15 seconds

It's very common for cable or dsl internet installer, especially in winter.
That is not good. You should contact fizz to find out what went wrong.
Did you receive the email confirmation for your appointment? They send you one a day before and one on the day of your appointment?

-You must be logged into your Fizz account and in the Solution Hub to chat with customer support. If you are unable to access your account, read this FAQ.
-Customer support by chat is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST). Outside these hours the customer chat bubble will not be visible.
