Can I cancel/unsubscribe a few minutes late when charges were automatically applied?

I was travelling and because of the time difference did not realize that the new payment was automatically made. I wanted to either change my plan to the minimum or unsubscribe completely because Fizz does not work in the country I am in. Is it please possible to cancel those charges? I cannot be using this account because it will not work here. I had thought the referral bonus would cover this month's payment if I was unable to cancel in time but it seems that will be next month, and now I am paying for something I can not use at all. Please help!

Yes you can get full refund within 15 days.4

This is what it says : "You can cancel your Fizz plan at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current payment cycle." Does this mean I will have to pay for this entire month?2
