You can definitely have two different numbers (phones) under the same account. But not sharing the same plan. Each phone needs to have their own plan. But you can gift data back and forth as required!7

There is no family plan you could have more than one number on the same account, but You should open an account for each number so you can have the referral bonus of 25$ for each number. You can use the referral code of the account of the first person to open an account for the second. There is my referral code if you need one G3G45.3

It make more sense right now to have 2 separate accounts to get your $25 referral, you can add later a user to manage the other account.6
