Why can't I pay online ?

When I enter my card info to activate my simcard and buy my plan for the month, the websites says i've reached the limit of registered cards for my account. But I have zero registered card. What can I do ?

There is a bug in Fizz system. You need to "chat" with Fizz to have it fixed by open a help page like this https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what...
and you'll ses a bubble chat in the right bottom in the next 15 seconds

Seems to have an issue on the Website, but activated mine 5 days ago without any issues :(
Should be better to communicate with Fizz with bubble chat on the bottom of the screen
