Reschedule installations

Hi,
The technician came to install the internet but he said that the he couldnt do it because of the snow. Told me to reschedule. Now, whenever I try to reschedule I am told that I already have internet at my location and cannot reschedule. Im not sure what to do at this point?? I dont understand how snow is a problem?? And why cant i reschedule??

That's odd, if possible it's better to fix the rescheduled time when you receive the call they cancel the schedule.
