Did you just transfert your number ? If yes it could take a few hours for the setup to finalize.

You should check if your plan is activated. Check your APN. Reboot your phone then contact Fizz.
Either your plan is not fully activated, or your phone is not compatible.
Is your phone in airplan mode?
