Same here. If you don't have a data plan and only data perks and bonus, your are unable to see your data usage yet.
I had a ticket open about this a while ago, got fixed and came back to not being able to see data usage again.
Been told by CS it was an issue that they were working on.
Don't hold your breath on a solution soon tough...
