I want to use the data in my phone and my ipad, so if I ordered 2 sim cards for the same number/account one to be used in my samsung phone and the other in my mini ipad, will it work this way? and does the plan price changes?

    You will have 2 plan one for your phone and one for your iPad. You will have 2 different phone numbers. Even if you have a data plan only a phone number is assigned to your SIM card.

    What you have done is actually creating two plans with two different number.
    You will be charged for both of them.

    You need two plans and two sim card. If I remember correctly, Rogers has share everything plan and allow you to add a sim card an pay $10/month extra for your ipad.
