Double charging?

Hello fizz team,

Following the last request I made and after having activated my new SIM card, you promised to reimburse me for the double charge of the delivery of the SIM card because you charged me twice.
Likewise Idue to referral code you will make a discount of 25$ for the second bill that will start off tomorrow 13th February.
