I can only receive texts. I can't call or send a text. Thoughts?

This is my 2nd month with fizz. I can't send/respond by text or call, even though everything on my account is set and it's included in my plan. This randomly started this morning. Thoughts?

I'm having the same issue, contacted customer support but they couldn't fix the problem so they transferred it to the technical team which would send an email whenever there is a fix. Still waiting for the email, but I found someone else with a similar problem: https://communaute.fizz.ca/questions/1856362-impossible-r...
According to one of the responses the problem fixed itself the next day.

Do they took your paiement recently? If it's that it's possible that the paiement failed. And it that case they cut the line and you have to contact them via the chat. It's happen to me in the begginning. They was anable to took my paiement.

Just rebooting your phone sometimes brings it back on track. Happened a lot for many users
