Plan coverage canada makes it so my phone is not working at home in québec, montréal... Québec is no longer part of canada?

I can't call, I'm home with canada coverage plan. I haven't tried data, there's wi-fi. I'm not roaming.

If you just activate your service then it may take little while (like an hour).

I'm a happy customer here at fizz. All was well, payment came in effect last night. I just tried making a call, can't call anywhere. Nothing has changed other than normal payment

The data works fine. Says I have unlimited voice. Can't buy minutes in the minutes section if I wanted to... Tried, it's grayed anyways.

Does calling work when you connect to Fizz Ext manually (if your phone lets you)? What about if you switch to preferring a 3G data connection in your network settings? Different frequencies are used for voice and data when you are set to LTE data, but not on 3G. It's possible your phone doesn't support the required voice frequency when using LTE data.

Yes. Paiement went through, checked my account, did automatically. Samsung galaxy a5. Not sure about connecting manually. My data is never on. I only use call, which is why it's very inconvenient. Nothing has changed to the phone settings. All that happened is, paiement went through. Monthly change.
