Can data upgrade be roll out to next month?

I got email which said I got 0.24g roll over. I only have 250m upgrade , which can’t be roll over. How come I got this email.

If I have 250m upgrade and only used 50m, will the 200m move to next month. From my understanding it shouldn’t.

This email doesn’t make sense.

Most likely a glitch, you should contact fizz through facebook messenger they respond within 12 hours now

There is nothing in this help saying that Upgrade data can not be rolled over
