Phone line wont let me place/recieve a call despite me having Unlimited Voice Plan ?

My line is simply cut in terms of voice. I cant send or recieve any calls because it claims its not part of my package. Despite the fact that I have Unlimited Voice data

Fizz applies payment only once a day. So it should work again tomorrow.

I just understood the source of my error ... my credit card expired and I forgot to change it in FIZZ. However, I just did right now. How would I know when my payment is gonna pass ???
