SIM is not connected to network?

I lost my SIM and I told Fizz through Lost my SIM/Phone section. I activated it on the website like I was instructed but I think my service is still deactivated. How do I get in contact with Fizz to help me with that?

Here are links explaining how to contact Fizz and how to resolve complaints. Warning, although it is technically their open hours for customer service, I do not yet see the chat bubble at the bottom right of the pages in the solution hub, so you may need to way a bit first.
