my sim card won't activate

I lost my previous sim card traveling. my sim card wont activate. It allows me to build a new plan but if i want to keep my current plan and just activate the one with the early bird rate, it says to my that my activation code is invalid( but it works for regular activation that would override my current plan) what should i do

You should go into "Manage Plan" and "Change SIM card" so it doesn't create another plan. If you already entered the activation code for a new plan, you will need to contact Fizz for them to allow you to use that activation code.5
