I have posted a thread for sometime now about how to get the chat bubble.

FIRST, It's very important to DISABLE all pop-up blocker.

SECOND, make sure your browser accept cookies!

THIRD, You need to log into your account.

FORTH, Go to this page :

After few seconds, a chat bubble appear at the bottom right of your browser.

(See screen capture 2019-01-14 @ 18:00)

Click on it, it will open a small message windows, ignore the gereric message and type in your question.

You will then get a reply telling you where you are in the line.

Opening hours are :

Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).

It does ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS works for me and many others.(Tested with Firefox, Edge, Safari and Internet Explorer)

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
I got the chat bubble! After 4 hours waiting , when it was my turn this happened! " Sorry, we were not able to find any available agent! The conversation has ended. TRYING TO GET MY $5.65 HAS BEEN A 4 MONTH ORDEAL AN IS STILL NOT RESOLVED
