Try it over the PC, their website doesn't work as well on mobile. I have also noticed that for overview, it will often not prompt you to login but it will do that for anything regarding my profile or my plans. So you may need to logout and log back in just to be sure.9

I guess fizz stop users without data plan to use data. You can't use data upgrade only to access data.
Perk still work but no access to upgrade data.7 -
Upgrade takes effect on the next cycle , you'll be able to use your 250M at the begining of your next billing cycle.13

Do you have a data plan already. I think Rose is correct. You cannot add a data perk if you do not have a data plan.5

I suspect MT and Dallaire have the right answer in this case. Upgrades are not active immediately, they take effect on the next billing cycle. You do not need a data plan to use data upgrades, this has been confirmed before (though I suppose it could change at any moment if they decide that's not how they want it to work).4
