Why is my new sim card not recognized?

I just activated my sim card, inserted it my iPhone 7 unlocked and I'm getting "sim card installed in the phone is from another service provider that is not supported under the activation policy currently assigned by the activation server please insert another sim card" message

Put the old sim back in and see if it still works. It sounds like your fizz account isn't fully activated yet. Did you get any text or email telling you the transfer was done?
