Roaming used at Toronto. Spent thosands of bucks. Why?

So I used data roaming ata TORONTO, because I thought the data also works there for I chose CANADA as my region. But I just found out there's a bill of thousands of dollars! What can I do?? It is unfair!

You have Canada coverage therefore you won't be charged. It's a bug of Fizz system.
However to be safe don't put any money in "Wallet" when you're in Roaming, Fizz would remove money by mistake from your wallet.16 -
This is a prepaid system, it doesn't bill later.14

Toronto is of course included in the Canada region for Fizz. I think no roaming charges should have been applied. You should chat with a Fizz representative to sort it out.14
