Why is my SIM card not working?

My SIM card stopped working 5 days ago. Fizz hasn't been able to figure out the problem. Is anyone having issues with their SIM card not working? It's not being recognized by any device.

Was this at the end of your billing cycle or mid way though? Did you get any notice that you'd unsubscribed from their service?

I guess something can happen that could kill a sim card somehow, but I would think Fizz would be willing to send you a new one in that case, if they could see that your account was still active on their end.
