I'm from Montreal but while travelling in Toronto I cannot access my mobile data. I do have Canada-wide coverage in my plan. Texts & calls can still be sent and received
Have you tried manually setting up/updating your APN?

Do you see Fizz EXT?

Maybe your phone is set to to block data when you’re not in your coverage area.
Have you enabled roaming on your phone? Ignore the message about excess charges.
Enable roaming, and reboot
Have you chosen a Canadian plan or province plan, check your plan may be the problem is there

Oh yes sorry for my mistake , so it is a configuration problem then, cause I was in TO and everything worked like a sharm
