Can’t receive calls or texts from a given phone

Hello,
I just activated a phone with Fizz for my daughter, a week ago. Just one issue... My personal phone is with Telus and have no problem contacting (phone or sms) the Fizz number. However, my wife is with bell can’t communicate (phone, SMS or even MagicJack app)with the Fizz number at all... any thoughts?

Doesn't sound like a number porting issue - try leaving Fizz a message on Facebook or using the chat bubble to see if they can find the issue on their end.

did you try to call from the fizz number to the other phones? does it show the right number in the caller ID? or is the problem both ways?

If it works with Telus, it should work with the other providers. make sure the number is correct on the other phones.
